Bookmaker Withdrawals?

Has anyone tried to withdraw from Bookmaker lately? I've suddenly been getting complaints of delays from friends since late December. Has anyone had success in withdrawing money out quicker using a certain withdrawal method?

Signed up with bookmaker last year with small deposit to try it out. lines & options decent. I haven't reloaded the balance due to payout concerns I've read here about. BetJam and Greek are both outstanding (same parent company). Quick, hassle free payouts with both.
